First asked me if I'm vaccinated, i said no then told me I can't come in with my pregnant girlfriend. First they violate my rights as an American by asking me if I'm vaccinated then denied me going to in. This so against my Constitutional rights as an American!

terrible service!!! Before going there, I called to ask if they received my insurance and they said yes. I arrived at the appointment a few minutes ago and they told me "we can't server you because of your insurance", I say "then why didn't you tell me on the phone?". They replies "oh, yes, sorry, we can take care of you with your Insurance". then, even though my health plan says that there is $0 charge with specialist doctors, they tell me "you have to know that you may be charged for the service". and I "why, if my insurance covers it?" and the lady replies "ma'am, I'm sorry but I don't know why we appear in that insurance network, to tell the truth, we normally don't see that insurance patients, I can't assure you but it is possible that you will be charged for the medical service" (I didn't take the service) So... why do I pay my insurance with this coverage? If they are not in the service network, why don't they just tell me? If they accept my insurance, why could they make me charges that are not allowed in my health plan? the worst attention!!!

Dr. Herrera is the absolute best!! She makes me feel so comfortable, doesn't judge. My health is her #1 concern and her staff is always really helpful as well!

I have been a patient of thise practice foe years.. If I could give them 0 stars for today's interaction I would. I arrived for my appointment and was turned away because I forgot to bring a mask. I was more than willing to wear a mask, however, they refused to provide one. I was told that it was not their policy to provide masks. They would rather turn away a patient than provide a mask that costs less than a $1. Incidentally, I would have paid for the mask had they given me that option. This was a complete waste of my time today. This was rude, bad business, bad patient care, and unreasonable. None of the emails that I received to confirm my appointment and none of the emails that I received to remind me of my appointment mentioned bringing a mask.
