No one likes to go to the doctor! How wonderful it is when you find one who is compassionate and makes you feel like you are the most important person at that moment. Dr. Chiao truly has the heart and soul of a healer. What an incredible experience. From the moment you walk into Thomas Street Clinic until the time you leave, it is obvious that you are in capable hands. The nurses and staff are caring. Dr. Chiao and her team are so professional and put you at ease during your visit. I would readily recommend Dr. Chiao to any of my friends or family. She is amazing!!! I am giving her Five Stars only because Ten Stars was not an option!

I have never met such a cold hearted doctor before. You'd think she'd have some compassion given the pain she inflicts on her patients, but she has none. I will never step foot in Thomas Street again after the terrible experience she put me through.
