Very helpful clinic they have great customer service and Gabby is always curteous and friendly and she makes sure she explains any information for my mother. Thanks for the great customer service Thank you to Dr. Rizvi for helping my mother get on the right track. And thank you to Dr. Hasnain for helping my mother. The office is conveniently located in the Methodist West campus, however the service is not close to the usual service provided by a Methodist clinic provider. Here is why: -Before the appointment, I called and talked to the admin to ensure they have access to my records posted in the Methodist portal, she told me they had access to my records -During the appointment, they charge the fee upfront which is fine, what is not right was making me wait an hour to see the doctor and when I asked why it was taking too long, they said they were waiting for some reports - that's why I called in advance, to make sure they had access to the records :-( -Due to the long time waiting and conflict with another appointment, I asked them to return the fee and cancel the appointment. - Before leaving, I shared my disappointment with Dr Syed Hasnain about the service but he wasn't willing to listen and in fact behave quite rudely
