My wife was getting the medical report for the immigration checkup report, the lady who works there filed the outdated form for us, and the USCIS required us to re do the correct updated form. We talked to the lady and she didn't admit it was her fault and charged us $25 for the updated form. I can let it go for that, She told us to come back in a couple days, and we called in advanced and made sure it was ready before I went to pick it up, and the lady told me, no one called us and she needed to ask her co worker first with very mean manner. Look like I did something wrong. After check with her co worker who was working on our report, she told her that she didn't reminding me and no one called. She said you needed to have your wife to call us back. At that time, I saw her holding the mail that I needed, and after a minute, she said, yes I remembered someone called and this mail is yours. I was like, why you couldn't listen to me and the mail is for my wife and had my wife name there and just simply just gave it to me, I really feel so disrespected and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Absolutely horrible. Bait and switch method. The staff refuses to let you believe that you know anything about your own medical record! Would not disclose information or prices that I asked for.
