        Took them over 8 days to get my labs in. They gave me 3 weeks check up for an acute condition. Kept saying my labs were on doctors table. How long does it take to review a lab. They dont have patient portal.The damn receptionist said rudely I could come pick a print out right now. It will be on the front desk.

        Dr. Bui and Dr. Patel are awesome! They are friendly, caring, knowledgeable and very patient. They take excellent care of my mother. The staff is personable and efficient. I couldn't wish for a better team!

        I called to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone (I believe her name is Sharon) was very rude. I called the first time and she rudely asked me to hold, then the power at their office went out so I had to call again, and the call got disconnected once again. I called the 3rd time to make an appointment but their internet was out so she told me she'd call me back, which she never did. I called again and she again rudely asked for my information. I don't know how the doctor is, but the person who answered the phone today needs to learn how to answer a patient's phone call properly.
