Beyond super disappointed in this doctor and office. We had seen the dr briefly prior to Covid. In April we had an appointment which I canceled (voicemail recording can be provide) and after months of being impacted by Covid we were finally able to get back on our feet. The office staff and dr are beyond sensitive and FIRED by 10 year old some as a patient because we were unable to come for four months. We were not on a contract nor had built a relationship with him at this point we were still very new. The office never once contacted us to make sure we were OK afterwords or anything like that. After telling them we were unable to come in reasoning why they told us it would be best to find somebody else due to our track history. Although we came to our first appointment and canceled the appointments scheduled in April by voicemail the night before due to my daughter going into the hospital. My family did not asked to be impacted by Covid, or quarantine or any of this. It was very hard for four months and I felt like they punish us for something we cannot even help at all. After contacting our cps worker, adoption agency and family lawyer we were shocked of their practice and was told to go ahead and contact our insurance to file a complaint. We have the voicemails from me and them all saved along with all the paperwork. It’s sad we were punished for something we had no control over and was so hard for four months.

Listens to the children and the parents. He has patience and is concerned for the whole family. Outstanding.

Doesn’t hear anything you have to say. Only cares to put you on medicine, doesn’t have a concern for your well being it’s so sad, usually don’t rate but I had to. Please find another doctor! Dismissed him as a patient only because I had a concern.
