This experience was unpleasant. I waited for way to long to see him. He did listen to my needs . I had blood work done on 7-2-2021 & ultra sound on 7-3-21. He said he would call me the same day of ultrasound to see what was going on with me . No call as of of 7-19-2021 . I called them on the 7-06-2021 for my ultrasound results , was told dr would call me . I messaged on portal on 7-07-2021 and some one just sent my results no call I had to read it myself and try to see what was wrong with me. On 7-17-2021 I received message notification on portal on my blood work . I was on my own once again. Never again will I return to this office .

Have been seeing Dr Alvarez for over 20 years. My wife and both children as well. Takes time to listen to your concerns and prescribes accordingly. I trust him. Highly recommend his practice.

Robert Alvarez is the best General Practice doctor I have ever known. I am 74 years old and have been served by a bunch of doctors in my lifetime. But Dr. Alvarez is the most attentive, caring, precise, and knowledgeable that I have ever known. He takes his time with patients, listens carefully and really does care for people. A GP has to know about all types of illnesses, medications and parts of the body while specialists do not have to know. As I have been seeing him for 14 years now, he is also my friend and a tribute to his profession.

Dr. Alvarez…..Don’t waste your time. He’s over-scheduled, VERY unprofessional, and becomes very defensive (downright scary) when you question the scheduling situation of his practice. He was 2 hours late for my physical exam (it was supposed to be at 9am and after asking the receptionist about it a couple of times during my 2 hour wait and getting nothing but excuses, I was called back by a nurse at 11am). When Dr. Alvarez finally entered my exam room he made NO attempt to apologize or address his untimeliness. When I questioned him about it, he became defensive, irate and out of no where, started shouting at me at the top of his lungs in front of all of his staff and surrounding patients. He became totally unhinged. It was as if someone had flipped his switch. I was so taken back by his immaturity and inability to professionally address an upset patient. Needless to say, I was so scarred by his reaction that I had to leave immediately without my physical exam. Dr. Alvarez is in desperate need of a mental health checkup. Steer clear!
