Their method of sending claims to your insurance is quite outdated, but it gets done and the staff works with you in your best interest. The doctor is quite headstrong, but he is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you (even draws it out for you). Since I am a younger guy, the doctor thought I was there just to get testosterone. We got into a heated discussion and he ran the tests on me and found out that I do have low T. Haven't had a problem with them since. I even stopped getting T shots for over a year and went back. Have not have a negative experience except for when the doctor and I argued about me having low T.

They pressure you to sign up for long term, where you get a discount if you commit to longer term. The Tri-Mix that they gave me does work to a reasonable degree, though not as well as they hype it to be. And after going for years, it didn't seem to me that the actual problem was being corrected. So I decided I might consider going to get another opinion. This seemed to make the doctor mad. So, around a year or two, when my contract for testosterone treatment was up, I decided not to renew and consider other options. I was still owed Tri-Mix that I had already paid for. They said I couldn't get it until I was seen by the doctor again. I didn't really want to see the doctor again, so I decided to just not go back, at least for a while. I only rarely use the Tri-Mix anyway. But I recently decided that I would like to at least get the rest of the TriMix I was owed and if I had to see the doctor, okay, I will go see the doctor. So I go see him, and he comes to me with an attitude of, "yeah, I know you don't like us, I know you went somewhere else, go there, don't come here". I said, okay, fine, but I'm still owed some Tri-Mix. He said no, he's not my doctor now, can't give it to me. So I said, okay, give me a refund then. He said its a new company, if I want a refund I have to go find those people. Really? Some company name on the door. Same doctor, and he is going to say, "not me!" Really? How do I get this guy's license revoked?
