Very thorough and patient. I made the mistake of going to a different doctor first because they were a little closer to my house, which I ended up regretting. I went to Dr. Bowden to get the correct diagnosis and treatment. The difference in quality was night and day. Dr. Bowden is top-notch with a professional staff. The atmosphere is very personal. I highly recommend Greenbriar Dermatology.

This doctor is extremely sold on himself and unable to make a clinical diagnosis. Like most specialists, he is totally lab-dependent and he and his help are condescending. Referred to him by a very knowledgeable GI for treatment of a painful and apparent parasitic infection that had sores spreading everywhere, I went there with great expectations. He didn't even do a complete exam, but cut a biopsy from a black infection on my forearm. Then he got right in my face and said rather rudely that the only two organisms capable of completing their life cycle in human skin were lice and scabies, and of course I had neither. Anyone with a minimum of college level pathology or microbiology knows better, he seemed to have some kind of duty to diagnose delusional parasitosis at any opportunity. Be careful and always remember that you know your body better than anyone. He was mistaken.
