Awful experience. I arrive at office and was told because I was on Medicare they could not see me. I said I would happily pay. Office said Medicare regs did not permit that which is wrong Doctor refused to see me. First time I have ever felt discrimination because of my age.

Have been a patient of Dr. Bowden for over 5 years. Have few mild skin conditions and have done some cosmetic procedures. Dr. Bowden has been always a great, professional, patient oriented doctor. Dearly miss him after he moved out of state. Visited the new doctor R. Rashid couple times as Dr. Bowden recommended him, and have been greatly disappointed. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable in my opinion. Unfortunately for me will have to look for a new doctor…

I can't rate Dr. Rashid highly enough. Every time I come to Greenbriar I never have to wait and he is in my examination room almost immediately. His bedside manner is excellent. He is thorough and takes time to explain all of his diagnoses and answer any of my questions without being dismissive or condescending. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door and feel like my dermatologist actually cares about my condition. I cycled through two dermatologists prior to coming to Dr. Rashid, but his level of care is now the Golden Standard for me. 5 stars is an understatement. After suffering with giant rashes ALL OVER MY FACE for 5 years, trying all kinds of steroid creams and sulfa medications from other dermatologists, Dr. Rashid had me cleared up in less than a month! After years of dealing with uncomfortable and embarrassing flakes coming off of my face, beard, and scalp, all it took was the right doctor!
