I went to aspen to have a same day procedure done involving a partial/flipper. When it was completed at the end of that day, I was relieved until I saw the results. The tooth was too large to look natural in any aspect. When I returned to have it fixed/altered, the staff did the exact opposite of what I asked, created a gap and the tooth was still too big. So, I went back for a third time.
The second time I returned for alterations, third time total at this point, it was made WORSE & barely fit in my mouth at all. At this point it was a frustrating process and I’m embarrassed to even open my mouth at all. The staff then told me there was no retention from all the alterations (which was clear) & that they’d have to make a new one altogether. They decided to make a wax replica first and have me come in the next day but that it may take up to a WEEK to make the new one (which confused me because it’s your error and the first one was made within a day).
When I arrived at the fourth appointment, after some consideration and a few alterations, they got it close to right and had me come pick up the final version the next day. During my fifth and final appointment, they did some alterations, but the tooth was still a little too large and the FIT wasn’t all the way right. They told me to allow my mouth to get used to it like that would change anything… & to call back if I’d like to have it altered again.
I never called or revisited because I was actually afraid they would mess it up more. Overall, seemingly inexperienced and careless staff that expect you to settle for what they give you vs getting your hard earned money’s worth. Disappointing.

Pros: Customer Service on point! Front desk was awesome! From the moment I walked in front desk was alert & ready to assist she even had a fresh clean mask and sanitizer available. The front was clean an well kept AND I was seen on time. The Dr & Hygienist are very knowledgeable explained everything. The hygienist & Dr really are the reason I’ll continue to go there they honestly made me feel very comfortable and I have really bad anxiety but them two blew me away with their professionalism & overall service they provided.
Cons:
The X-ray technician was very slow although sweet she just took too long BUTTTTT I think she was new so I’ll give her a pass 😊and her being sweet helped.
The person who verifies the insurance (collects payment) isn’t very knowledgeable although she’s friendly… she’s very much so on the salesman side. I felt like she talked a good game but had no idea between an HMO or PPO. She charged me & my wife a deductible — the amount you pay before your dental insurance kicks in — although it is usually waived for preventive and diagnostic services. She even said she wasn’t sure if we’d have to pay a deductible each time we came in… myself being a medical insurance biller/coder I was in complete shock she said that because I knew she either blatantly lied to collect extra money each time or she’s just not as knowledgeable.
Basically just make sure BEFORE you go in to check with your dental insurance an verify if you have an DHMO or PPO dental plan to understand the out-of-pocket costs to you. Verify if your dental insurance covers the oral cancer exam because they will NOT know … even though it’s apart of the person who verifies eligibility to make sure they grasp as much understanding for potential OOP cost for the patient if it’s not covered the out of pocket should usually range between $40 and $70.
