The Toddler House Greenspoint

This place is the worst daycare you can potentially enrolled your child into there have been kids getting sick and staff getting COVID without reporting it. They do not clean toys nor disinfect the class rooms properly. The staff is very well disrespectful and talk to kids any kind of way. My child said his teacher left them in the class unattended while she use the restroom and talk on her phone. This place have roaches, mold, and rats in the ceiling

Don’t let the location fool you yes the neighborhood is a little rough but I love this daycare! My daughter started attending this daycare at 18 months she has never been to a daycare but instantly bonded with the providers. She’s talking more she’s happy everytime I drop her off she jump in their arms I love it . Never had any problems with her playing with any of the other kids. They even work with you if you are behind on payments.

I want to start by saying I love The toddler house. I left one day care center to follow Ms Grenee over at the Toddler house. She always treats my kids as if they are her own. My son cries when I pick him up because he would rather stay with Ms Grenee. Everything is Ms Grenee this or Ms Grenee its kind of bitter sweet. But I love it. My four year old daughter tells me every time I pick her up how much she loves her school. Her views on the toddler house has not changed since the first day she started. It gives me so much peace knowing my kids are cared for properly while I am at work. I am very picky when it comes to the care of my kids but their needs are always met. I have & will recommend anyone I know. the teachers and staff gets 5 stars from me

So my child was attending this school for a while and i seen how they did Shada. Someone came in and stole her job right from under her and pretended they didnt know it was going to happen. This place change employess like they change under wear. And when u want to take your child out, they try and offer you a free week. The front office lady Grene in with the krooked wig smelled like beer one day. The new director has told me personally she doesnt want this job, and that the corporate office cant afford her and that the job it boring. How can you sit and talk about employees to parents. So unprofessional. Keep your kids away..
