They are definitely not people of their word my wife had a ding on her credit that was almost 8 years old and I had challenged the charge from doctor's office because it was frivolous they charged us for not canceling a appointment we were in the process refinancing for a better interest rate and if I didn't clear it up I would have to pay points they had assured me they would mark it as satisfied so I wouldn't have to pay points lo and behold day of closing they didn't do a damn thing so if I could give them a quarter of a star that would be too much
