Just seen today this person was at the water park in Baytown, Jenkins Park and several witnessed this, be aware and check your kids out!!! "Anyone know of a day care called heaven sent daycare and learning center In Baytown??? Well they were at Jenkins park in the splash pad area (1pm today) and had about 10 kids with them , 3 little girls one of them about 14 months could barely walk very good on her own , just alone in splash pad crying and they wouldn’t let her under the shade , the other 2 girls were about 6 months old and literally stacked on a one kid stroller crying ,all they did was push them around and have water hit their face until they couldn’t catch their breath then they moved them ….. When leaving they forced the little 14 month old walk in the hot walk path barefoot even tho she screamed and they had no car seats in the vehicles for all the kids , license plates were taken and another mom was calling the cops
