Successful Starters

I personally have my own experiences with this daycare, good and mostly bad. The daycare director “Ms Carla” is a piece of work!! The lady is very rude and speaks to parents and children like their trash, My mother worked for her for a few months before she let my mother go, for none accurate reasons. My experiences with her are beyond terrible, she gets in your personal business concerning the other parent. She was literally allowing my child’s father to have personal visits with my children, knowing their was a family violence case against him. She had the nerve to call me one morning and tell me he was there visiting with the children without my consent. He has scheduled visits to follow by with the courts. why on earth was he even allowed into the building with other peoples children, knowing he’s a risk!! When I arrived there to pick up my children she was refusing to let me in or bring my children out!! And I’m the Custodial parent!! The children stay with me,”Ms Carla told me that those are his children as well, as if, I didn’t know that already. She finally brought my children out from the back of the daycare though while I stood outside for 10 minutes, DO NOT put your children with this lady!! Obviously she has time to be in your personal business and not focused on doing her job! And all the workers there are messy and unprofessional, some daycares should be closed.This is one

Carla and her staff have been the best thing to happen to our family in terms of child care. They were the only daycare that would give information to a man calling for info (husband) when we were frustratingly searching for a center with an opening and have always treated us with kindness and respect. We happily send our eldest back for school holidays and breaks when HISD is closed. Both kids love Carla and her staff and they have not only taught them well in both academics and social skills, they love on my kids as well, catering to their individual needs, even with all the other kids around.

This is the WORST daycare service I have ever seen in my entire life. They are always switching personnel staff at this location. The kids never go on any field trips are play outside. The staff is rude and who operates a daycare out of a church anyway!

I was trying to locate one of our customers and I called this place and the woman who answered the phone, was rude and extremely unprofessional. When I tried to correct her indignant behavior she hung up on me. We provide a service to the church associated with this day care. We are always looking to support minorty business owners, but this business will be reported. You must be able to listen to what the person on the phone is saying before you prematurely respond. Her behavior was totally uncalled for.
