My grandson just started at this daycare. And so far so good. But I think whoever responds to the reviews could handle them better. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. The professional thing to do is just say that you're sorry they feel that way and if they would like to discuss it further they should give you a call. To go in detail of the issues is unprofessional and not a good look for the daycare.

I am a single parent who works for FEMA, I travel with my little one and we have been to many different day cares in several states and New Additions is by far the best. My son has been here for 8 months and I absolutely love it. The care and support my three year old gets here is top notch. The staff is professional and courteous. His therapists were able to stop in whenever they needed to see him to provide services. I have noticed a tremendous difference in him since he started here. At his previous daycare one of the workers told me in secret that because he had autism he was just sat in front of the TV all day. At New Additions this was not the case my son was welcomed with opened arms and engaged in all class and outdoor activities. I received updates on his progress and an honest assessment of how he was developing. Every time I picked him up he was fed, clean, had a fresh pull up on and was ready to go. Unfortunately, we have to leave New Additions because my darling son has been accepted into a program at the Alief school district that specifically works with kids with autism and this daycare is located in HISD. The staff was very sad to see us leave and wished us well. If he isn't enrolled in summer school I will be bringing him back for child care during the summer months. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a caring, supportive daycare experience for your little one.

I recently was informed by my child that the daycare (New Addition Childcare) allowed another student to punch her in the back yesterday, no one informed me so I called the childcare and Scott stated that didn’t no one punch my child but also said that my child hit another child first? Which is weird if no one punched her 🤔. My child also told me for snack time my child was given spoiled milk. She also stated that for a staff member birthday that everyone was given out cupcakes but she wasn’t handed one. I have called up to this Childcare on many different occasions and nothing has changed. I called and even came up to Childcare to see why homework my daughter homework wasn’t getting done and all you get is excuses on top of excuses, I even spoke with my daughter teacher and nothing has changed. Director Scott is beyond unprofessional and very rude. Due to an review that was made on Google, she reached out to my mother and informed her of what was said and etc. I called to speak with an Director and the staff members to hangs up the phone in my face. Today, I called to asked questions yet again I was overtalked by Scott and she stated that my Childcare ended which was also a lie; my child has been in childcare since she was 1 year old and I never experienced a childcare like this. I wouldn’t even recommend this daycare to my dog.
