Clean facility and the lady who works in the toddler room has been there for awhile. Management is very unprofessional and impersonal. My son attended this daycare for over a year, his care ended and instead of them planning his departure they just sent a voicemail explaining that he could not come back to the facility. They are informed weeks prior if a child care is ending soon (but I was unaware). I will not recommend this facility due to problems not being solved efficiently and communication skills are at a minimum. Truly believe they need a new director and better management.

I recently was informed by my child that the daycare (New Addition Childcare) allowed another student to punch her in the back yesterday, no one informed me so I called the childcare and Scott stated that didn’t no one punch my child but also said that my child hit another child first? Which is weird if no one punched her 🤔. My child also told me for snack time my child was given spoiled milk. She also stated that for a staff member birthday that everyone was given out cupcakes but she wasn’t handed one. I have called up to this Childcare on many different occasions and nothing has changed. I called and even came up to Childcare to see why homework my daughter homework wasn’t getting done and all you get is excuses on top of excuses, I even spoke with my daughter teacher and nothing has changed. Director Scott is beyond unprofessional and very rude. Due to an review that was made on Google, she reached out to my mother and informed her of what was said and etc. I called to speak with an Director and the staff members to hangs up the phone in my face. Today, I called to asked questions yet again I was overtalked by Scott and she stated that my Childcare ended which was also a lie; my child has been in childcare since she was 1 year old and I never experienced a childcare like this. I wouldn’t even recommend this daycare to my dog.

I'm looking for a daycare now and this will not be one of them... I see a lot of complaints and a lot of people liking those complaints. They don't even respond to those who are hurt by what has happen at the daycare. Nope I’m confused to how this is a fake comment. Do you not see your reviews. I use to live up the street but moved. When looking for daycares that best suites my child, I always look at reviews. When you don’t fix issues that parents have concerning there own child that becomes a problem. Honestly, I did not enroll my child because of the reviews. Y’all should probably think about fixing them.
