First Service Credit Union

I've called in many times for many different questions/concerns since we opened our business account 2+ years ago and never get calls back regarding my questions/concerns. Don't bank here. They will not help you. They do not care. Escpecially the Customer Service Center, they're the worst. I really need to find a new bank for my business. This is beyond ridiculous.

Brandon is very knowledgeable, I found the auto he interviewed and gathered the information making this the best process for my son with the dealership. These three guys are the best! Thank you!

I joined first service credit union today solely on the exceptional customer service by Irma and the security guard who came outside of the building to give me some money i dropped in the building. These employees are definitely KEEPERS IF I could give more stars you all would get

This bank is a fraud, avoid at all costs. Added life insurance onto my auto loan without disclosing it. Many others have complained of the same thing. They also added on insurance charged to my auto loan without contacting me. I have auto insurance already! They will nickel and dime you for everything and have the worst customer service ever. Trust me, take your business elsewhere. Even waiting on hold is annoying
