This is by far one of the best businesses that you could be apart of. So proud to be with them. Remember....customer service sometimes depends on the customer. You get what you put out in the universe. They do me right...better than these little banks I've dealt with. Way to go, GTCU....my partnas!!!

This place is closed. They should really change the hours on here to show for it. Been closed since March 2020.

Local branch is fine. The credit union’s online system is horrible and technology is dated. It doesn’t work well and the customer service for members is likely not available on the weekends or after hours. Hours of service are not reasonable.

The local branch is great and staff are friendly. The new online banking system is a joke. I have a savings account and a loan and was able to transfer from my savings account to an outside account in the old system without a problem. Due to their new online system they are requiring I add a checking account in order to transfer MY money to another account. Absolutely ridiculous and if not fixed I will be glad to take my business elsewhere. I have called customer care twice this month on this issue. First I was able to transfer using pay a friend but 2 weeks later this option has been disabled without a checking account. Horrible customer service and appreciation for a current customer. If zero stars were an option I would have chosen that. Fix it or be prepared to lose business!
