        I have been waiting on a refund since October; it is April now and they still can't give me an answer on when I will get my refund for a small amount. It is ridiculous that I have had to call and leave message and send emails and send messages through the portal and still no resolution. Accounting/billing department lack of service should be reported somewhere and that will be my next step. Will never go back to Houston MRI for that reason or recommend them to anyone I know.
