Horrible customer service! They stole money from my card, charging it with another customers rental, and now wont refund me, been calling everyone I can, but they tell me that they have to wait til management reviews it, its been WEEKS when they told me 2 weeks ago theyd contact me in 7 days. Im tired of waiting and if I dont see resolution with in 48 hours I will be contacting my lawyer to sort out a case, I have the documents and evidence needed to go through with this and probably will come out with more then they took, and yalls image will be the price to pay, all I ask is for my money back and no one wants to help, absolutely ridiculous.

This is for high ranking CEO, you need to spend your pay for additional employees at the Tomball TX location. Every one is so busy no one has time to answer the phone. So don't blame present employees for loosing business.

I have a rental car i just picked up . Front end is out of aline cant let go of steering wheel r u take off to left and they say its all they have.Has no gas cap
