I gave a very poor review to Gulf State and it's operations as my frustration got the best of me in dealing with the challenges of getting my machines fixed. They do take their job seriously and they called me right away and are helping fix the problems. The owner himself got involved to fix the problem we are faced with. We have a great experience with Gulf States. I highly recommend it. If it is your first laundromat, look no further, the only company that will help you in getting new equipments with the best prices is Gulf States. The owner, Mr. Pravin, helped my dad a lot to make his dream come true to get new machines. Without Mr. Pravin's help and guidance, my dad would have never been able to renovate the laundromat he bought. The customer service is amazing, we worked with Samson and he is so patient, knowledgeable, helpful and he always answers his phone! In addition, they have the best installation people. The people who installed the machines are professional. All the people who work in this company are all one hand, and they all go above and beyond to help us. Whenever you need anything, you just call and they will answer you at once, even if the owner is not there, Suhnil or Samson will help you.
