I should’ve looked at the reviews before I applied to rent a home with this company. They are very shady, took my application fee and told me after the fact that the owner was not considering applicants who proposed the monthly rent amount. Whatever you do, do not do business with these people.

I have lived at the same house for over than 6 years before it was another company that managed the house everything was perfect,but the owner for some strange reason changed with this company, they are very rude, they have a very bad attitude, when you make the monthly payment you have to send a photo of the receipt, because it is not enough for them to just notify them by call, for anything you have to report of them they want you to send them a photo and written what is happening, the last time we reported something was the toilets were moving the person who came to do the job he use my daughters hair dryer and he leave it all dirty with glue that he used for the toilets, also the bathrooms he leave them dirty all full of dust everywhere, the floor stained with black glue everywhere and the toilets were still moving, and my husband told him that he had to clean the work area he did and said he was not going to clean anything because it was already dirty. We report all this to the company and the guy told something different and they trust on him. We are the renters not him.
