Does anyone know how to get ahold of this company? They called about a case against me and I paid them but don't have the phone number to get back with them to get my letter of pay off they haven't sent yet.

I have a case number with this company and I have never missed the payment until this month when I lost my bank card. I called them to let them know the reason why I had a missed payment. The lady on the phone was so rude, interrupting me and rushing to get my case number. When I asked to speak to someone higher than her because she was being rude she got an attitude and said "no one here is rude" I hung up and called again, then I spoke to another lady and she told me without a card to hold my case would be lost. I told her that my bank card was lost and I was still waiting on my replacement and she continues to remind me that I'm gonna lose my case. No one I spoke to even remotely tried to help. I feel that the fact that I'm calling and letting them know the situation shows I'm trying to make a payment and am not trying to get away from it but the rude people at this company were not having it. The only reason why I have given them one star is because it's default but they don't deserve any. I understand you're a collection agency but that doesn't give you the right to treat your clients with such disrespect. This company is nothing but trash.
