I don't know if what Jennifer Willis is asking from the doctor could be used as a fraud, but the doctor's answer seems legit. Everyone is at risk of Covid, regardless where you work. I have been a patient with Doctor Robin Hardwicke and she has always been nice and polite and she always explained things to me. Sometimes it is just hard to get a NO as an answer....

I called Mrs. Hardwicke's office to request a letter stating my health issues and any recommendations for accomodations due to Covid-19. Our union suggested requesting these letters from our healthcare providers to protect us in the event we are required to do things at work that could put us teachers in harm's way during this pandemic. I received a call back from her nurse, Nekesha, stating Mrs. Hardwicke is not writing any letters right now due to Covid because, and I quote, "everyone is at the same level of risk." I am considered high risk according to the CDC and working with 400 children and staff at school is dangerous. The nurse said she would tell Mrs. Hardwicke and call me the following day. I just received a call and according to the nurse, Mrs. Hardwicke is not writing any letters for Covid because it can be considered fraud. Fraud. What???? A letter explaining my health conditions and her recommendations (if any) for accomodations is considered fraud?? I will be reporting this and sending this out to every possible healthcare reviews page so that her patients are aware that this is the level of care that will be provided to you.
