I heard about Jason’s passion for capturing stories of Cajun WWII vets and asked him to interview my 96 year old Dad. He did a wonderful job and created a life story video to preserve some of Dad’s best stories about the war and his Cajun heritage. Jason’s knowledge of WWII and Cajun history was very impressive. And he was very personable and Dad enjoyed the interview very much. Thanks Jason!

I have worked with Jason Theriot for several years at the Oilfield Energy Center (formerly Offshore Energy Center - OEC). He has conducted dozens of oral history interviews with our Hall of Fame inducstees. Jason's deep background in interviewing and his expertise in the offshore oil and gas makes him perfectly suited for capturing the stories of industry pioneers. He speaks their language andknows the importance of their milestone achievements. The OEC also hired Jason to collect, dig, preserve, and edit our entire collection (about 150) of oral history video interviews with the Industry Pioneers. with his help and expertise, these stories will now be digitally preserved for posterity.
