Juliana did whatever she could to get issues resolved and get the our mother's house sold after she moved out to an independent living apartment. Living out of state, selling the home seemed like a daunting project, but Juliana made it work and even brought my mother to closing and connected to me by video conference so that we could make everything comfortable for her. She was very pleasant and accommodating to work with - I would recommend her to anyone selling their home in Houston!

I met Juliana through a referral from my financial advisor, my home had been on the market for two years, lookers but no offers. I decided to called Juliana, she showed up professionally dressed, had an extensive marketing plan for the home and assured me she’d get it sold,! We signed the contract in March then life shut down due to Covid, the home was a large, expensive home on acreage I feared with the shut down it would have low showings or offers, in 5 months I had more showings than the previous two years and she got the home sold! The offer was sound and also negotiated the furnishings, the whole process was one of being well informed, open and prompt communications with attention to detail!! 8 months later I found a home I wanted to purchase, called Juliana to come in got me a less than listing price, we closed in less than 3 weeks. With a month on my rental remaining she contacted the home owner, handled all paperwork and in 1 day found a qualified candidate for the home saving me that months rent, the home owner was pleased and had little to do but sign documents. Professional, prompt, aggressive, attentive, and knowledgeable in all aspects, she gets the job done!

We were looking for a townhome to rent in the West U area, and we had a terrific experience with Wille Swisher. The thing we appreciated the most is that he knew the West U market really well, and he took the time to observe us and ask us questions about our preferences while we were touring the first homes; that way, he soon understood exactly what we wanted, optimizing our time, and providing us with exactly what we were looking for. I still remember when we walked into the place we finally picked: my wife and I look at one each other and we were like "wow, it is like he is reading our minds!". In second place, William has always been available, 24/7, even on his way to the zoo with his grandchildren!!!:-) Finally, he went out of his way to help us, staying at the property and tipping on our behalf the cleaners when an unexpected delay occurred. And giving us a nice bottle of wine as a very appreciated gift when the deal was finally closed. In a few words, we strongly recommend him, you cannot go wrong with his agency.
