GC Services, with Headquarters based in Houston, Texas, is one of the largest privately owned business process outsourcing providers with 7,500 employees and 30 call centers located throughout the United States and in Manila. This is a company that invests in its employees and has an average employee tenure of 10+ years! Applicants come for a job, and stay for a career, which is why over 90 percent of our management staff has been promoted from within. That is why there are so many positive reviews from actual GC Services employees. There is not a call center base in Houston, Texas, and our agents do a lot more than accounts receivables now... We handle a multitude of inbound and outbound tasks across many industries, including 24x7x365 programs, multi-channel and multi-lingual customer service programs (e.g. voice, email, chat, social media and more). Yes, there are a lot of reviews about debt collection frustrations, which is completely understandable. Keep in mind that these are personal experiences about billing disputes with our clients who needed help collecting on outstanding bills that were not paid. Individual billing disputes between the consumers and the company they had an agreement with to purchase products and services have been addressed with the individual parties involved.

Notice how all of the 5-star ratings are from employees. What a lovely coincidence. All I can say people is that you do have legal rights here, do not answer their calls or give any of your information to them. They are lovely at attempting to not only cross legal, harassment boundaries, but attempt to sell you on the idea that you have "business matters" to handle with them. They will call you anywhere from 3-5xs/day-usually from your local area code of your phone number, thinking you'll answer. To top it off: they have usually zero reason to be calling people. If they see you have student loans, or a vehicle loan, etc.- which don't even get me started on how illegal that is to stalk and investigate someone- then they WILL call you and say "You've defaulted, pay now," etc etc. It's unethical, illegal, and morally wrong. Already have spoken to legal entities to handle this further.
