They hired employees without identification, proper clothing, and does not follow any company policy regarding giving notices to resident before entering the backyard. I was walking around my kitchen when 5 guys was in my backyard, apparently had hop over my fence. I called the police, and when to grab my gun immediately. They had no vehicle identification on the vehicle, the worst thing was they had paper plate.

This company needs to train their employers on how to behave professionally, wear company gear, and send at least one bilingual person on each crew they send out. Had a crew of about 10 unauthorized technicians, consisting of men and teens with shovels, whom also knew little English, come to my elderly parents' home at 7:30am and say they're with AT&T and need to dig a hole in the backyard to find a cable just to see they did not have any AT&T vehicle, gear, or ID. They dug a 4 ft hole and left, came back 10 hours later at nighttime saying they wanted to fill up the hole which we denied them access. I had to get AT&T on a huge investigation and called a cop to make sure nothing sketchy was happening because one person came the next morning asking for access and after asking to see a work badge he leaves to get his supervisor and a bigger team with a ton of vehicles which ended up looking very intimidating... Turns out there was a huge miscommunication - AT&T is also at fault for not notifying all departments and customers for hiring this company to install these fiber optic cable boxes - everything ended up being safe but they had been working on our backyard for 3 days to install a fiber optic cable box and have dug several holes because they couldn't figure out where the cable and pipe was in our backyard. Now I just feel bad that they have people working on New Year's Eve at 7:30am.

This company sent the most unreliable and destructive team I've ever seen they dug holes in my yard never got us I see notification locations for electricity just started digging jump my neighbor's fence and just started digging without even knocking on his door this crew was a danger to themselves and are laying in our houses without checking where the electrical lines were worst crew I've ever seen in my life
