        Closed on my first house October 2022, in closing was supposed to be provided a 1-year home warranty. This title company never paid the warranty company and its July 2023. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional that you take people's money and breach contracts consistently. When choosing a title company put this one on the bottom of your list as the buyers will get screwed, like me.Thanks for nothing BRPS title, lawsuit coming your way.

        BRPS did NOT record the deed for my client when we closed on their home and after numerous attempts to resolve this issue, BRPS has become UNRESPONSIVE and completely NEGLIGENT. I am utterly and beyond disappointed at the level of service especially for alleged 'concierge' service. When I informed another title company of this, they said they were aware of multiple cases of unrecorded deeds from BRPS. Listen to the other agents warning of BRPS and DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
