Cherokee Builders

I hired Cherokee Builders who was represented by CHRISTOPHER REAM on December 4 th. 2106 to roof a small house in Pasadena Tx. 77502. He was paid 1/2 of the money to complete the roof by December 8 th. 2106. He told me the work would take 2 days but would be done before the 8 th of December. Before I left the residence I asked one of the workers for his telephone number so I could check the work status. I don't live in Texas. I called the next day to find out the worker had left the job. I asked why and he told me that CHRISTOPHER REAM was a RIFF OFF and more. I thought this was just bad blood between the worker and CHRISTOPHER REAM. Was I ever wrong !!! This person CHRISTOPHER REAM is a con artist. The reason I let HIM do the job in the first place is he told me he was a lifetime member of LAKEWOOD CHURCH. Trust me by his actions he has never been inside a church much less a member there. I'm writing this review so CHRISTOPHER REAM OR CHEROKEE BUILDERS WILL HAVE A ANOTHER CHANCE TO RIP SOME OTHER PERSON OFF IN HARRIS COUNTY. After he had done less than 1/2 the roof CHRISTOPHER REAM called asking for money, I told him let's just stay with the original contract. He begged for money and I asked if he has been in business for 30 years how could he not have enough money to finish a small roof after I had paid him 1/2 of the total cost ?? No answer !! He left the back part of the roof down to the plywood ( no shingles ) and he knew I had just put new carpet and painted the inside of the house as I had showed him the house. I'm including the pictures if ANYONE HAS DOUBTS . This company and CHRISTOPHER REAM ARE THE VERY WORST COMPANY IN TEXAS.. PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very dishonest group of people at Cherokee Builders. If you are a supplier or a potential customer of Cherokee Builders, you should think twice before handing them a single dime. If you are a supplier, ask your money upfront. Expect a loss when dealing with this company.
