We purchased this shade for our business back at the end of 2018. We have been reaching out to the company because we have an area where the shade is ripping off of the poles and rusting. We paid almost $5k for this shade and their company installed it. We were told that its not covered under our warranty at first because they said something must have fell on it, but we have nothing around this shade, no trees, or anything else. The gentleman (Rick) stated he would be out in a few weeks to see if it could be covered under warranty and could be bad stitching. This was back on April 15, 2020. As of today I have emailed, texted, and left messages and no one has called me back to schedule or address our concerns. We want this issue addressed and our shade fixed.
