Do NOT do business with Carl of Accent Home Repair & Remodeling.
A google search will turn up a many different addresses for this business (Upland, Cherry Ridge, Stancliff, and Hammerly) and phone numbers (most of which are disconnected).
Accent Home Repair and Remodeling purchased $139.42 worth of goods from my business on 5/29/16. The check bounced with Insufficient Funds. We tried contacting Carl so that we could resolve this without involving Telecheck.
When we first notified him of the bounced check, he said it wasn't a good time and hung up the phone. After a few more phone calls, we connected with Carl again but this time he asked, "Which business was the bounced check from?" He was not asking for the name of my company. He wanted to know which of HIS companies issued the bounced check.
Carl said either he or an employee would come by to pay off the invoice. He never did.
Why do business with an unreliable company listed under multiple addresses and phone numbers?
