It's a shame really. Samuel came and was my best buddy. We had 58,000.00 worth of work done. It looks Tremendous! There are two areas which need further attention. I'll get back to that. We had a dirt backyard our front yard wasn't much better. We were really excited to make big improvements. We now have the best looking front on the block. So why 2 stars? We were told when the work was done, the rebate check comes right as the work is finished. They finished in May. It's July. Samuel now is nowhere to be found, and the office will, "Have someone call us right back... for the third time." My wife and I have both called. With that rebate check we wanted a large light installed where our RV is now parked, and a door from the garage to the RV installed. A shed was also mentioned as a drum studio for me. Nothing. To be honest, I'm actually a little hurt, but at the age of 60, not entirely surprised. Samuel was very attentive at first. We had a gate installed for our RV, and a patio cover so we could enjoy a barbeque, or just relax in the shade. We signed all papers with finance. We were approved immediately. It took 4 weeks for them to paint the gate which was frustrating. I'd be willing to give them more stars if they'd keep their promises, but like most construction companies it's been like pulling teeth. Right now we're very disappointed. There are weeds coming up where they shouldn't be, and a mound is rising on the artificial turf. We need that fixed. Unhappy campers right now.
