        Had appointment at 1pm. At 1 33 she (owner) text saying hes loading now. Already unacceptable. Concrete truck showed up at 415. Owner says driver got held up at yard. Driver says she called him in out of a sleep because he had been working nights. I believe him because he didnt even know he was late lol. Nevertheless as soon as the truck tires hit the street to leave guess who calling for payment. No apology no sympathy. Bad business. She didnt know the driver told me he was awaken from his sleep to make the delivery, Yet continued to say it wasn't her fault but the suppliers fault. I don't ever leave reviews good or bad but I've promoted this business so i must tell you my experience today.
