Texas Custom Patios

Cannot say enough good things about Steven Schell and Mike Fickle. We had a bit of a communication issue with the designer but Steven and Mike both went out of their ways to ensure we got the final product we desired. There were a few instances of re-work which can obviously be frustrating, but they handled it well and agreed on the items that required further attention. Steven showed up to our home to scope out our desired interior transformation and had his team execute our plan. Bottom line: they care about the customer and truly go out of their way to see that the final product is exactly what was envisioned. We enjoy our new patio several times a week and mention each time how spectacular it looks.

I called Texas Custom Patios for the first time to ask them to build a new patio and told them that I am deciding among several different options that would affect the footage / price and that I need an advice from a professional who would look at my backyard and discuss the several options with me. They seemed to be completely not interested, asked me some standard questions, and then said the patios start from $30-40K and they need to schedule a Zoom meeting with me to go over the options. How can you discuss custom solutions over Zoom? How custom is that? I am definitely not paying that much for this kind of attitude

We were very excited to work with TCP after reading all the positive reviews. We had our initial consultation with Steven which went well as we discussed our ideas and took many pictures. We immediately scheduled our next meeting. Well the first meeting had to be rescheduled and then second meeting had to be rescheduled (which was three weeks after our initial consultation) because the design was only 70% complete. At this point I should have listened to my wife who said we should move on and try someone else, but I waited until our 3rd rescheduled meeting and low and beholdno show, no call, no e-mail. We had rearranged our schedules to make this meeting happen. I called and sent an e-mail and nothing. Very disappointing and it really showed a lack of professionalism. To date, I have still yet to receive any type of correspondence from Steven. I would definitely not recommend this company!!!
