About
Leveled Concrete

We’re the most trusted Houston concrete contractors for a simple reason: We don’t provide solutions we wouldn’t use on our own homes. Leveled Concrete started because our founder was in need of a solution for his own home. After scouring the market, Zachary found a polyurethane injection process called PolyLEVEL was the best choice for the job. After seeing firsthand how helpful this process could be, he decided to share what he found with his neighbors by putting together a team to solve all Houston’s concrete leveling needs.

image There were many problems during the beginning of the project. The crew was unsure how to handle certain issues. The scope of work was changed without keeping me in the loop. There were some very poor structural design decisions made that, had I not been on site, would have been executed and cemented over, resulting in more problems down the road.
Zachary, the owner, stepped in and personally took over the management of the project. Better decisions were made, better communication occurred, and he made sure that I understood everything that was happening. His primary goals were to complete the job correctly and to make sure I was satisfied.
This was originally scheduled to be a three-day job, but because of scope changes and the need for cement to cure, it took two weeks to complete. Today, they finished the job, and I am very satisfied with the end product.

image I had John with Leveled Concrete come out and give me a bid. Day one of doing so I paid the full price of the work to be done. John was very professional in his sales pitch. That was in November of 2022. The first appointment I changed because I didn't want to miss work to fulfill. I called back and made a second appointment. The day of the second appointment I got a call about 30 minutes before arrival time saying they were not coming because there was a high chance of rain that was a date set up for mid December. When the receptionist called I was a bit surprised by the lack of communication not getting a call the previous day. So she tried to set up an appointment for January 2023. I informed her I would like to get it done before the date in January because yet again I would not like to miss work. So she told me she would squeeze me in after another job. That raised red flags for me right off the bat especially since my job was paid completely for in November. So the day of the work came. I was told the crew would be there between 10-12. I got a call sometime after 1 saying they were on the way. Again raising red flags due to the fact it gets dark about. 5:30. The crew arrived around 1:40. I was a little pre consumed because I was having a tree removed the same day. To say the least I feel like the work was rushed as I thought it would be with the 3 hour window they were at my residence. I personally feel the work was done at low quality. I am not in the least bit impressed. I think it's terrible that John was such a professional salesman yet the Leveled Concrete work crew puts out such a low quality of work. Honestly I feel a bit taken advantage of. The work I paid for wasn't cheap in my opinion. So please consumers do your homework. Just because someone is advertising on TV that they are the best doesn't mean it is true.
