Met with someone by the name of Laykey very racist individual. After trying to pick my brain for my sources that I did not agree to give. The client neice of Joyce Cramer stated she didnt need my service anymore but could not give a solid reason. The vibe was off from jump. Im no fool! But hey it does say Jewish that may be the meaning.

2/2 On to management: Manager 1: the forgetful one Has no problem reminding you of the 10 years worth of exercise experience she has but refuses to acknowledge the lack of basic managerial skills she does not have! Shell pass her responsibilities on you so she can go home at a time convenient for her. Example 1 why is it my responsibility to make sure new hires are getting their paperwork completed when its in fact her job?? Also its quite irresponsible to not inform potential new hires about being vaccinated before going through the entire hiring process ! that is not a FA responsibility and instead of taking accountability for not informing them she will blame the potential new hire for wasting time when it was in fact herself who wasted her own time by not doing HER due diligence as a manager ! Has no problem calling you negative when you bring to her attention the facility is not clean and she will gaslight you saying they do clean when there are legit emails of her admitting herself including they dont clean lol (I keep a paper trail since they were trying to keep one on me). Manager 2: the people pleaser Has a unconscious bias that really needs some self reflection as to why she feel that way and projects how she feels onto others but she can heal on her own time and dime when shes ready! So anyways, will talk to you like you dont have a degree like you arent in school pursuing an entire second degree lol just laughable! Its very discriminating to make rules up for a particular person while others under your supervision do not have to follow same guidelines. If you Stand up to her she will threaten your job and call the forgetful one and play victim. doesnt have the range to speak up for herself but has no problem projecting the fact she cant stand up for herself and decides to be a bully instead to satisfy the fact a backbone is lacking! Go heal love Manager 3: The Stylish One she barely speaks b/c she handling business I assume! I like that she tells you upfront if she sees something she doesnt like, to handle it and I appreciate her being direct with what she needs done and not act passively about it. I have no qualms with her but I feel like the top two above dont like their boss so they try to blame her for the changes being made when its in fact those two doing it. Overall you decide whether or not this is something for you or not for you, I am only giving insight as to what you will potentially deal with (or maybe you wont deal with what I dealt with which would also raise an eye brow but Im not one to assume but actions definitely spoke LOUD & CLEAR) Wishing yall nothing but the best in the future success of your facility !!

1/2 In its entirety beautiful place with some amazing people and amazing guest !! Im just here to review only the fitness center from the business side only . For those who potentially want to work as a fitness attendant(FA) at this particular location, first ask yourself is it worth $10.50/hr? (me personally no its not) Now for the little work you must complete at the facility, I understand why the base is $10.50/hr but for the amount of unprofessionalism, its definitely not worth it! Now lets break it down with job duties first: Your responsibilities: Ensure you greet the guest, walk the gym every 30 minutes, restock water, and keep the gym clean. For the little work responsibilities you do have you would think everything would be copacetic but you will find upper management always changing rules as a power play, not as a means to improve the facility as a whole! I mean honestly, Ive seen more rules about attire and minuscule things then about safety precautions and ways to improve safety when it comes to the safety of staff and guest. Prime example September 2022 there was an intruder, these folks completely dropped the ball and allowed this man to run wild! wherever security was they werent around for a while and had employees scared and having anxiety attacks! but no training came from that incident for the ones who dropped that ball (new security system should fix that in the new facility but training is heavily needed especially is you man the front desk) The disorganization and dysfunction on a manager level is really quite laughable honestly, Ive never seen such incompetence and unnecessary confusion especially when trying to schedule CPR training lol but when I tell you its nothing for management to conjure up ways to make a disco dance party come to life it is quite astounding to say the least.! They will have a meeting with you about your performance, telling you how great of a job youre doing, (they will sell you a dream too if you let them lol so get it in writing (because they play forgetful a lot so make sure youre always good and cross those Ts and dot those Is before they switch up on you) just to turn around in an email and tell you that actually doing your job and writing down to show that you are doing you job accordingly (since they are not there after a certain time) is not what they want ???? Like can someone please make that make sense because it absolutely does not and it comes off as bullying. But these are the manager with the 10+ years exercise experience running the facility. Lol! Even when you suggest ways to improve the facility theres always an excuse as to why they cant do x, y, and z. Or the blame is shifted onto the owner which is crazy to blame the owner for something he hired you to do Especially when the matters pertain to safety!! And with the amount of older population going to the gym youd think safety would be of high priority its not.! So now you have to ask yourself Do you want to be liable for a gym with no rules listed all around the gym whose facility is heavily used by the older population (maybe they put them up in their new facility but with the level of disorganization I highly doubt they got to it yet but fingers crossed for growth ) ?

On to management:
Manager 1: the forgetful one
