I have a lot of respect for businesses that still produce their goods here in the US, which is a rare thing in the clothing industry. Schaefer is one of them (Johnson Woolen Mills of Vermont and Duckworth of Montana also come to mind, check them out too). But, I love western-style wear, and Schaefer gets it right: Subtle, classy and very well made. I own jeans, coats, shirts, belts and even socks and gloves from these guys. I've always been happy with the items and have never had a problem. I'll keep buying more!
