The black male worker cashier there so rude and lazy, dirty place! (I would like to dine in after ordering but all table were full of used dirty things so he told me cannot sit here because he did not clean yet, I asked why don't you clean ,he said I cannot clean ! ,so I have to take wings to eat in my car!, Stupid lazy worker ever,Cannot imagine how s dirty of wings he made for me. No more, thanks!

I had written a more scathing review and took it down, but people need to know about this place. This cesspit will ultimately disappoint you with their awful service. They will most likely not have the sauce you order, and wont tell you a thing as you walk out the door paying for an incorrect or incomplete order. The staff only wants to inconvenience you in this way. On top of this, they will behave as though you are majorly inconveniencing them when you try to get them to correct the order you paid for. Completely awful. I ordered something very simple, and every single aspect of my order was incorrect in some way. Ice cold food, missing items (a sauce bottle they didnt have, and was just going to let me walk out without it until I had to speak up), and they even scrimped me on condiments I paid almost an extra $2 for. Bleu cheese in 2oz cartons and they couldnt even bother to fill them up more than 1/3rd of the way. Why would they do this? I can only think its because they hate customers and want to be shut down. Please, I BEG you, never go here unless you want to have your time and money wasted. Making the trip to Willowbrook is COMPLETELY worth it - at least the employees there dont hate you.

This place is going downhill fast. Waited an extra 20 mins after promised time from ordering online. Wings were like rocks. Old oil or cooked too long. Had to throw away half of it.

Have tried this location twice and both times food was cold, like refrigerator cold, and items missing from the order. Wings had so little sauce that we added our own and put them in the oven to cook because we were afraid to eat them. When I called to complain Im told to bring it all back up there for them to look at. Once Ive spent 25 minutes in traffic to get home Im not driving another 25 minutes to go back. I try to support wait staff so always include a 15% tip so when this happens I really get upset. Just shows how little the staff cares about their jobs. If your receipt says Cashier1 am be sure to double check everything!
