The CXM product is very easy to use and just makes sense when configuring users, agents or stations. Tech support has been very quick to respond and is always willing to explain the different settings and features.

The Co-nexus support teams are very nice and friendly. They’re really fast with coming back with a solution to fix any kind of issue that you are having with your IP Phone. Awesome job guys, keep up the good work!!!!!

We have been with Co-nexus for a number of years now and I would highly recommend their call recording software. We recently upgraded our phone system and the customer support team went above and beyond to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
