Ace Hardware corporate Headquarters in Oak Brook Ill had a need to redesign the entire security model for how our retailers at over 4000 stores access their portal and applications. The previous aging system was not very secure and utilized old custom code. Credexo and specifically Jameel designed an IAM(Identity Access Management) system utilizing Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 that addressed all our needs. He spent countless hours understanding the business needs which are very complex for our entire Store Chain system. Jameel's implementation is extremely impressive creating all the sets, MPRs, Work flows and sync rules along with all the required logic to tie everything together. He developed Use Cases and tested out scenarios to insure that the end result was the expected one. There is fully automated provisioning/DE provisioning of all identity objects. Additionally, the IAM system had to tie in to the other Microsoft solutions that were implemented. The Credexo IAM implementation tied in to other Microsoft solutions including SharePoint 2013, ADFS, AD, SAP, SQL and UAG. There were actually two IAM solutions being implemented at the same time. One solution was for our external retailers and the other was for our Corporate internal employees. The entire task is a daunting one but one that Jameel handled with calmness, poise and above all exceptional professionalism!
