Called to ask about purchasing pit dock levelers…and the gentleman I spoke to said they are not selling them and hung up! Not really good customer service at all.

I was looking for service for our Aluminum Glass Storefront double doors. The Service department Was extremely helpful and ended up sending a salesperson out to evaluate and quote the work as I didn't want to pay for the initial service call. I ended up approving the suggested repairs (geared hinge) and the door works great! The serviceman who did the repair cleaned up after himself and was very courteous you wouldn't have even known he had been there working on the door.

I am called them multiple times for different family members for industrial door issues and every time we got good service. I appreciate the prompt response to find out if they are available or not and their flexibility in scheduling. Highly recommend.

I am so relieved to have my gate fixed. I worked with two other companies who couldn't get this done over many months. I called Door&dock, They told me how much it was going to cost. I made an appointment. They showed up on time, fixed the gate and charged me what they had promised. It was not an easy task and I am so pleased to have found them.

The guys were great & knowledgeable. They provided a great price (fixed quote, not an hourly rate), prompt service (showed up on-time the next morning), and even offered a discount. My door is working well now that they've fixed. Thanks guys!
