Paid $350 for simple tax prep. After a month a had not received my copies of the filing or my tax refund so I texted roschelle to let her know she says she will send but doesn't. I ask the next day no response. On the third day of reaching out she tells me my tax refund was rejected and she never told me or tried to correct it. I resend her all of the emails of the info she asked for and she stoped responding. Waiting for response the next day and nothing so I told her I wanted a refund so I could have my taxes done somewhere else. She told me no refunds and that she worked two jobs and would fix taxes later even though nowhere on her website or new client form did she have anything about a refund policy. I mentioned that I still didn't have my copies of the filings and she ignored me. I reported her to the Comptroller and the IRS for tax fraud. I also could not find her PTIN on the IRS database which would mean she is charging for tax prep illegally. Over a month later no refund, no copy of tax filings, no tax refund.
