        Starting yesterday around noon I have tried unsuccessfully to get a notary for a letter. I have been trying to get my letter done but have been told several times that the notary person is busy in the back office come back in 30 minutes. I will NOT be back for any longer with your company. I have to drive to Walmart because of your bad service. I work in the neighborhood and have thought about a account but no longer....

        Im Standing in line, a man walks up behind me the lady sitting at the desk skipped over me to serve him. Very unprofessional, and still no one greets customers.

        Slow staff I was 3rd in line waited a whole hour to get a money order . This bank has canceled my card 4 times everyone I get a new card they cancel it saying someone copied it I hate this bank
