        My mom bank here for over 30 years and she is TIRED!!! I told her I will her get another account somewhere else. They know what days they are busy yet they understaff those days. It does NOT make sense for someone to wait 3 hours for service!!! And shes still waiting as Im writing this review!!! Its crazy to have to take a whole day off work to get service at a BANK!!! Then ppl there act like we are bothering them as if they dont need our business. No business means no job. Were not asking for perfection but it seems to get worst and worst with service and the wait time is NOT REASONABLE AT ALL. Well I will definitely help her get an account elsewhere. Again BOA have the funds to hire more stuff and to improve for better service but they wont thats the problem!

        This place honestly could do a lot better. I wasn't able to cash a check that belong to them because I wasn't an accountant holder, yet it was their check. She told me they had a policy, I asked for the written policy, but she couldn't find it.
