RUN! DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! Am a small business owner that hired this firm for a suit in Texas. SPENT $50,003.00 in fees before having to change lawyers. Little more than 9 emails in communication to Hendershot and never even submitted discovery. Our new lawyer settled case, responded to countless emails and phone calls, plus full day of court mediation and total cost $6093.75 Cannot stress enough that this law firm is the wrong choice!!

I found Hendershot Cowart P.C. online in my search for representation. I had met with a few other attorneys and hadn't found the right fit.
