I would not use their services ever again and will not recommend, rude representative and playing tricks with my mind so I ended up just paying 200.00 fine plus what they had charged me to represent my case, extremely disappointed. Poor representation. Will be driving to the speed limit to avoid any further unnecessary loss of time and money and poor customer service. Or will sure go to another law firm.

Disappointing, I paid $100 for my ticket dismissal and after 4 months finally, I got a notice from the court “Nonappearance show cause notice”. During all this time no one contacted me or send any mail regarding my case I finally decided to pay my ticket because I don’t want to get arrested. The unprofessional communication lady on phone was rude and said there is no refund of your $100.

Disappointed in their work ethic. I called them twice before my court date because I am in the military and would not be able to attend as I am on orders. Both times they told me to submit the orders to them. Once I did, they emailed back to call them when I was ready to move forward with the motion of continuance. I honestly thought everything was good to go. As someone who isn’t well versed in their terminology, I assumed I should call them when I was back in town and ready to go to an actual court date. My court date came and they sent a lawyer to this court date and I was issued a warrant for not showing up. They didn’t even call me after they got my orders to verify that I wasn’t going to make it or to verify if I still was needing a date change being that I had contacted them about not being able to go. They instead, contacted me after the fact to let me know I had the option to pay them another 250 to fix this issue of a warrant when the initial ticket was 280. The woman I spoke to stated the rules where on the initial letter they sent me a year ago when I initially hired them. No “I am sorry” no empathy whatsoever. Simply placed it back on me for not reading a letter they sent a year ago. Clearly they lack the ability to care for their clients. I understand I misunderstood what their terminology is but as a client I expected them to have my back. They obviously only care about the money. Now I had to pay a ticket to get out of this warrant since I as hell am not paying them 250 to “fix” something that could have been prevented by them communicating with me what they needed.
