My family and I have been customers of this grocery store for years. Their products are good overall but today was the last straw with customer service. The problem is they never admit their fault for anything, especially the owner Oanh. If you address your fault you can work to fix it and do better as a business. The first time was when my husband purchased rice sheets that appeared good but when we separated the layers we saw mold. We brought it back and Oanh made it seem like it wasnt her fault but somehow our fault. We had the receipt from the purchase that day and wanted to let her know about it in case there were ones from that same batch that also had mold. We were an inconvenience was the attitude. We didnt expect anything free or compensation and chalked it up to an unfortunate event. Today we went to pick up our order for two different party trays of food at the time designated, and they had to go look for our second tray. They could not find it and concluded that it was the little old ladys fault who they ordered from. Yes she may have missed that order but you have a list of orders that were suppose to be delivered that day. Why was it not checked when the delivery was made in the morning, and the issue handled. They seemed surprised when the second tray wasnt there meaning it was not checked until the customer picked it up. The attitude of blaming others and not being honest is a huge turn off for customers because that signals that the issue of disorganization and customer concerns will be swept under the rug and not addressed. Hope they can learn from this situation to grow from it, but we will not be buying from them again.
