Honestly Im never purchasing another car from this lot I been a good customer I try to let them know whats going on when things come up like your insurance dropping they are never going to call to ask if you have another insurance company they are just going to repo your car with out giving you a courtesy call. They have repoed my vehicle twice for no insurance and I had insurance if they would have just called and ask if I had insurance they would have known that I had insurance. And if you get repoed and you had all your stuff you need to drive the vehicle and you tell them they are going to still make you pay a $350 repo fee. Not saying that this is a bad lot but I been having a bad experience since I financed the vehicle I have with them now. This is going to be the last time I purchase from this lot. Why would I have to pay a repo fee if I had insurance when they repoed the vehicle Im financing.

Con artist, scammers, and liars $15,000 for a 2011 car? they said they would work with me because I had lost my job and I told them I was starting a new one a week later. But before I could even start to get them their payment they had random guys at my door to pick my car up so now I have to pay arepo fee on top of my car note which is extremely high by itself the car is older than my last 3 cars but its the most expensive one they said it had no issues but Ive had to put over a thousand dollars worth of maintenance into it and since its been with them there is no telling what they couldve done to it they are janky, unprofessional, and they show no compassion my grandma recommended me to them because shes friends with the owners and I dont like their friendship anymore because of the type of people they are DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM if it seems too good to be true TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS!!!!! For my car to be a Lexus Ive had way more problems than any American car Ive ever bought also the guy who sold me my car made me feel very uncomfortable
